Biographies
Certifeid General Contractors has assembled an unrivaled amount of expierience in the design/build and general contracting industry throughout Florida. The following personnel have guided their respective fields to the standards required today to bring your project in on budget and on time.

Jim Stivers - President & Founder
Jim is a state certified general contractor with over 35 years of experience in commercial construction. Jim earned his expierience and training while working for the George Fuller Corporation, one of the largest contractors in Virginia Beach. While working for Fuller Jim built the city's landmark, the 21 story Oceans Condominium.
Jim has developed and built facilities throughout the southeast for national tenants. He is known in the industry for his high quality construction, cost efficent delivery and hands-on personal detail of his services and products. Many of his projects have been recognized for their aesthetic improvement to their communities.
Jim is an active member of the Home Builders and Contractors Association, Melbourne Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Directors of the Economic Development Council, Junior Achievement and United Research.
Don Sibert - Vice President,/Director of Operations
Over ten years ago Don joined Certified General Contractors as one of its early superintendents. Don brought with him 20 years of construction and management expirience that eventually grew into a partnership. Don became a partner of Certified General Contractors in 2005.
Don oversees the day to day operations for the company, ensuring CGC's core principles and work ethic produce quality projects.
Highlights of Don's projects include both Indus buildings, Manatee Pointe Condominiums, Sonic restaurants, and the recently completed Palm Bay Academy Southeast Campus.
James Grisham - Vice President/Sr. Project Manager
James joined Certified as a superintendent in 2003 with over 10 years of experience in construction and project management. Excelling in the field fast tracked him into the role of Senior Project Manager for the firm. James became a Vice President and partner for Certified General Contractors in 2007.
James is also responsible for the company's Safety Program.
Highlights of James's projects include the West Melbourne Fairfield Inn & Suites, the Titusville Fairfield Inn & Suites, the Best Western Sebastian, Melbourne Fire Station #78, and the new Melbourne City Hall currently under construction. Once complete James will begin construction on the Melbourne City Hall Parking Garage.
Joseyne Santacroce - Vice President Finance
Joseyne earned a Bachelor of Buisiness Administration degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic in Boca Raton, FL in 1989. She worked in public accounting for 9 years before joining the Certified team in March 1998.
Joseyne is responsible for all accounting functions for the company as well as human resources. Joseyne was made a partner in 2007 and has been on the Board of Directors for CGC since 2000.
